Ingredients for the tomato paste:
Tomatoes
Red onion
Garlic
Chili pepper
Red cherry vinegar
Brown sugar
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Form the meat into flat burgers and fry them in goose or duck fat for about 4 minutes on each side. At the end, place a slice of cheese on each burger.
Prepare the tomato paste, then toss the chopped lettuce into a heated pan. Peel the garlic and press it directly onto the lettuce using a garlic press. Slice the onion, cucumbers, and tomato.
Cut the buns in half and toast them briefly on the grill. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with the prepared tomato paste, then layer on the lettuce, followed by the burger, cucumbers, and onion rings.
Cover with the top halves of the buns.
