Goose fat

For many centuries goose fat has been recognized for its extraordinary properties. It was one of the most popular fat. It is a source of unsaturated fatty acids and irreplaceable product in the kitchen.

Our fat is made exclusively from Polish oat geese, reared in accordance with principles defined in 5 Freedoms Standard, as free range birds with access to fresh air. It has a creamy, silky consistency, a delicate smell and flavor. Due to the high temperature resistance it is perfect for catering. Added do dishes reveals their great aroma, gives golden color and crispy crust. It is recommended for frying of hot and cold food and snacks such as fish, seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetables.

We offer goose fat chilled -2 ​​° C + 4 ° C or frozen -18 ° C.

Best before date:

  • chilled in block- 12 months, cup 200 g- 9 months from production date
  • frozen- 24 months from production date

Retail- 200 g plastic cup (we also prepare private labels).
For catering and food producers we offer blocks of 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 20 kg and buckets of 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 20 kg.
